GBI Holding Group has established a foundation for risk management and business growth through the creation of a global organizational structure. Strategic functions and assets are divided into 17 subsidiaries, splitting GBI Holding Group into two main structural groups to ensure capital efficiency and protect the best interests of the country and strategic partners.:

  • 1. Strategic Core (GBI Holding holds 100% of the shares — all rights reserved behind the scenes.)
  • The group of companies controls security, operational systems, and sovereign infrastructure rights to oversee the core of the entire project.
  •     Subsidiary 1: GBI Total Security & Service Management Co., Ltd.
  •       Responsibilities: Managing the area, coordinating land and maritime security with the Thai-MECC (Maritime Security Command Center).
  •     Subsidiary 2: GBI Eco-Environmental & Utility Solutions Co., Ltd.
  •       Responsibilities: Integrated wastewater treatment and industrial waste disposal systems throughout the project.
  •     Subsidiary 3: GBI Digital Spine & Cyber Defenses Co., Ltd.
  •       Responsible for: Fiber optic network systems, data centers, and all operating system (OS) software.
  •     Subsidiary 4: GBI Pipeline, Tank Farm & Bonded Logistics Control Co., Ltd.
  •       Responsibilities: Control Room for managing all pipelines, Tank Farm for energy storage, and bonded warehouse systems, including free trade zones.

  •       Responsibilities: Managing leased land in both industrial zones, developing smart city zoning, and clearly demarcating areas based on industrial types.

  •       Responsibilities: Sourcing raw water and operating clean water treatment facilities to meet general standards.
  •     Subsidiary 8: GBI Ultra-Pure Water Technologies Co., Ltd.
  •       Responsibilities: Producing ultra-pure water (UPW) for semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries.

  •       Responsibilities: The green hydrogen production facility, utilizing advanced Japanese technology for high-value industrial applications and as a clean energy feedstock.
  •     Subsidiary 17: GBI Gulf Green Ammonia & Tank Farm (NH3) Co., Ltd.
  •       Responsibilities: The green ammonia production facility, low-temperature storage, and private deep-water terminal for the export of Green Ammonia to Japan and regional partners.
